Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing any reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
There are exceptions that may limit the right of withdrawal. For example:

Products that are in non-standard packaging or have been removed from their original packaging and cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons.

Products that have been personalized or modified at your request.

Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our company within 14 days from receiving the goods by completing and sending the withdrawal form provided above.

Returning the Goods
Once you withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, along with all original packaging and labels. The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Refund
After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid for them within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
